Last five years, I was admitted to the Harpswell Foundation, the dormitory of women empowerment leadership center. I joined the organization as a student, and currently, I am a member of the Harpswell Alumnae Association (HAA). With the help from the Harpswell Foundation, I have been volunteered and been able to work with various NGOs to support young women from impoverished backgrounds in helping them pursue their higher education in the city center. I have shared my experiences through mentoring, leadership training, and languages tutor for job preparation. I am strongly fascinated by helping non-profit organizations invest in women's leadership. I hope to be further involved in helping to raise the important gains of women's empowerment throughout my academic, and professional journey.
