Women Empowerment
5 Ways of Empowering Gen Z young women to change the World
Young women, especially those born from the mid-1990s to the early 2000s have the ambitions, confidence, and desire to make a difference in the world.
I am confident to say that this new generation of mine as Gen Z young women has a firm understanding of our power and is unafraid to go chase their goal. Young women’s as Greta Thunberg has represented all young women to fight the social injustice of climate change, she has encouraged young activists to understand their power from an early age.
“Women belong in all places where decisions are being made. It shouldn’t be that women are the exception” — Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Therefore, it’s important that other’s stakeholders, politicians, environmental activists, influence peers, and adults give youth not only a seat at the table to join the discussion, but encourage them to speak up.
I hope to be further involved in any activities that help inspire myself and young women out there to keep pursuing our passions, no matter in the field of education, work, and beyond.

5 Ways of Empowering Gen Z young women to change the World
- Gen Z’s embracing feminism — encouraging the role of gender equality
- Encourage the role of female leaders: younger women take the leadership role, a dynamic and more competitive workforce — the more women leaders involve as decision-makers, the more voices we hear to enrich the better change of society.
- Let Gen Z create cultural change in the place they lived in and beyond: young people know the power of social influence and creating communities, most young women entrepreneurs I have seen evolve business models with a genuine focus on a deeper cause, and these will be a natural choice for an emerging and growing consumer market made up of Gen Zer’s young women.
4. Empowering women in STEM Education — Eliminate the concept of “appropriate job for women”
5. Promote Gen Z’s young women in the Entrepreneurial sector: Secure a friendly environment, and increase the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in business development.
